Shipping Policy
- Pick up orders are ready within 1 hour and can be picked up during opening hours at 9/604 Pine Ridge Road, Coombabah, QLD, 4216
- All orders are shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm (excluding major holidays)
- Orders ship within 24 hours during weekdays unless the order has been customised and we will provide you with an estimated delivery time.
- All weekend orders are dispatched on Monday
- Booze Towers ship to all Australian states
- All deliveries receive a confirmation email when placed, a second email when dispatched and a final email on how-to best track your package.
- We have partnered with Shippit to give our customers real-time quotes on shipping. This ensures our customers only pay the exact value it costs to send your goods.
- Provide us with your correct delivery address to ensure your parcel arrives safely. A late change in address may incur an additional fee.
- Once orders have been despatched, we are unable to re-direct deliveries
